After the World Number 78, Grigor Dimitrov handed a surprise defeat to the third seed, Roger Federer in the quarterfinals of US Open 2019, the Swiss disclosed about his further participation on the ATP Tour.

“I guess Laver Cup, Shanghai, Basel, maybe Paris, London. That’s the schedule for now. I don’t know if the team have other ideas or not. I’m happy to get a bit of a break now, go back to practice, reassess and attack from there,” Roger Federer said.

Roger Federer will show up for Laver Cup 2019, which is scheduled to take place in Geneva, Switzerland. The three-day event will get underway on September 20, 2019. The Swiss veteran will team up with Rafael Nadal, Dominic Thiem, Alexander Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Fabio Fognini for the Laver Cup 2019. Bjorn Borg will be leading Team Europe.
