23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams is gearing up to make a comeback in this year’s grass swing. Last year, she suffered a leg injury that made her walk out of the circuit. Now, as she will return after almost a year, people are having high expectations from her game. And so is her biggest fan, Alexis Ohanian.

Ohanian is a busy man who runs several businesses. Even so, as it is going to be one of the biggest moments of his wife Serena Williams’ life, he is present by her side. A few days back, Ohanian traveled to London to support Williams in her coming endeavors as this sweet gesture of his is receiving loads of admiration from tennis fans.

Alexis Ohanian is one in a million

Ohanian’s dedication to his wife has pleased many. One of those people took the emotion to social media and showered him with well-deserved appreciation by sharing a picture of him cheering for Williams.

The fan  wrote, Find a life partner who honors you by clapping the highest & loudest for your hard earned victory while living/defeating the struggles of that journey right beside you. Respect for Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian.” To which Ohanian responded by writing, “Champion mindset.”

Speaking of Williams’ return, she has decided to oil her skills in Eastbourne before jumping into the grass courts of Wimbledon. The former world no.1 has partnered with the Tunisian no.1 and current world no.3 Ons Jabeur to play doubles.

Further, Williams will appear in the Eastbourne International for the third time. The American star first played in the tournament at the age of 16, where she had a run till the quarterfinals. Her second appearance was in 2011, where she used the tournament to prepare for her Wimbledon comeback from an injury.

What lies ahead for Serena Williams?

Serena Williams will play for her eighth Wimbledon title next week. Though the tournament carries much more value than that, she has enrolled herself for the event by fighting the pressure of retirement as people will look forward to see how her tennis unfolds.
