‘Even When I’m Moody This Little Guy Likes Me’- Serena Williams and Her Adorable Way To Recharge

Serena Williams is currently one of the most famous athletes on the planet and is the most decorated female player, still active on the tour. She has been enjoying some downtime from the circuit, recovering from a hamstring injury. But she is far from sitting idle at home.

While the movie King Richard by Will Smith becomes the darling of the awards season, Serena’s own venture capital firm Serena Ventures, also reached a milestone. The firm announced that they recently raised a $111 million fund to invest in some early-stage start-up companies. Moreover, she has the training to concentrate on and a toddler to raise.

She recently took to Instagram to talk about how tiring her day had been. The American tennis pro, who is quite active on social media posted a few stories about her day. Fans and followers of Williams can see her relaxing on the couch, trying to catch some moments of peace before she has to deal with the rest of her commitments.

Serena Williams is a dog-lover out and out and now is a proud mom of two canine kids- Lauralei and Christopher Chip Rafael Nadal. Her husband, the co-founder of Reddit, Alexis Ohanian also has an adorable dog, called Adora. Chip also has an Instagram account of his own, enjoying his own fan following.


Recently, Serena spoke about how tolerant Chip is even when she is in a bad mood.

“Oh my god, I just had to take a seat because I’m so tired. I am supposed to be like relaxing and like having fun and I’m actually so tired and like in such a bad mood but even when I’m moody this little guy he likes me,” she said.

She then continued telling her fans about how she is trying to catch some moments of rest, before taking on the next item on her schedule. “So I’m like a five-minute break and then I’m gonna get back up and just like go back out,” she added.

However, in the very next story, we see her up and about, and all-business. “Okay, so I am already out to the next thing that was nice and light and refreshing yeah I’m not tired anymore... Yeah, so I keep telling myself,” she said. She also gives a pointed look, which, however, suggests otherwise.
