Additionally, the two have also combined as a pair to win numerous titles in doubles. They have 14 Grand Slam doubles titles and 3 Olympic gold medals in doubles.

Further, their off-court camaraderie is as strong as their on-court partnership. The two sisters are often seen hanging out and spending time with each other. Recently, Serena had a pleasant surprise for her elder sister.

Venus Williams receives a surprise gift from Serena Williams

The 7-time Grand Slam champion took to Instagram to show her fans the gift that she received from her younger sister. It was a beautiful floral tracksuit designed by Gucci.

Venus posted a picture of herself wearing the track-suit along with the caption that read, “Sisters give good gifts. Thanks Serena Williams.” Further, the younger sister replied to the post, saying, “Nice!” and seemed glad that Venus liked it.

She had to retire in the first round after injuring her hamstring. Meanwhile, Venus was last seen in action at the WTA Chicago Women’s Open in August last year.
