Matt Hardy Provides Update on Jeff Hardy After Concerning Reports Emerge

In a bizarre turn of events, former WWE Champion Jeff Hardy was sent home from the road during a WWE live event. Yes, you read it correctly, during a live show.

Hardy worked Saturday’s live event in Edinburg, teaming with King Xavier Woods and Drew McIntyre against WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos in the main event.

However, during the match, after taking much beating from The Bloodline, Hardy made a quick tag to Drew McIntyre and suddenly got out of the ring and rushed backstage.

Neither WWE nor Jeff has released the exact statement regarding this behavior. However, the WWE Universe figures that this was probably done by Jeff because he was having a rough night inside the ring.

Matt Hardy revealed the current state of Jeff Hardy

The current AEW superstar went live on his Twitch handle, and the audience started asking multiple questions and asked for an update on the situation of fire World champion, Jeff Hardy.

Matt Hardy wasted no time in telling that Jeff was doing okay and there was no major health concern. However, he also hinted that Jeff has not discussed the matter in detail with him.

“But no, I won’t ignore them. I did speak to Jeff for a little bit today, and he’s okay, he’s good, and I think he’ll be fine, but once again this isn’t my business, and if he wants to go into it in more detail, then he’ll do it himself. But like, Jeff is okay, he is at home, and he’s okay.”

Maybe Jeff or WWE would release a concrete statement on what happened with their superstar. For now, Jeff Hardy is scheduled to appear on this week’s SmackDown.

Maybe, it could be a part of a storyline with Roman Reigns as Hardy expressed his desire to beat him at the Broken Skull Session podcast alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin.
