Despite the yearly competition from other brands, everyone will agree that WrestleMania is the “Super Bowl of Sports Entertainment.” Hence, various AEW superstars (like Miro) too joined in on the fun at WrestleMania weekend.

Fans know about the long and illustrious history between AEW Superstar Miro (fka Rusev) and WWE. After being laid off from the company out of nowhere, Miro found his grip back in AEW.

One would think the former “Russian Brute” would avoid WWE under all circumstances. However, love truly triumphs over all! If it does not make sense, let us explain.

Last night, on the first night of WrestleMania, the team of Ravishing Glow with Naomi and Lana were a part of the five-team Tag-Team turmoil match. Miro, who happens to be the real-life husband of Lana, was present amongst the 25,000 people in attendance.

Lana wrote in a sweet message on Twitter, “Yesterday, I was surprised by @ToBeMiro and Dad! My father supported all my decisions to get me here, and my husband supported my decision this year to live in a hotel for 250 days, thousands of miles from home, so I could be closer to training. I’m a lucky woman.”

Did Lana win at WrestleMania?

As we mentioned earlier, the Team Ravishing Glow was a part of the five-team Tag Team turmoil match. The winners would get a chance at the Women’s Tag Team titles the next night.

Although Ravishing Glow was the first team to enter the ring, they were also the first team out. Carmella and Billie Kay pinned Ravishing Glow to advance to the next round.

The team of Natalya and Tamina ultimately won the challenge when they defeated The Riott Squad. Despite her rather lackluster performance, this was Lana’s first time as a serious in-ring performer at the Grandest Show of them all.

To have one’s husband and father watch her perform is truly an emotional moment. Meanwhile, on AEW, Miro has teamed up with Kip Sabian against the team of Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor.
