WWE Star Becky Lynch Gushes Over Boxing Legend Revered By Tyson Fury as “Immortal”

This Saturday is going to be epic for both WWE and boxing fandom. Katie Taylor, the undisputed Lightweight stalwart, is encountering the unified Featherweight champion Amanda Serrano in the iconic Madison Square Gardens. Also, it is one of the greatest battles in the history of boxing, as two female boxers are rewriting the 140-year history of the sport by headlining the championship title match for the first time.

Interestingly, WWE superstars are also excited about the match because they will also be present at the event. ‘The Irish Lass Kicker’ Becky Lynch interviewed her fellow countrywoman Katie Taylor and offered her support, whom the current world Heavyweight champion Tyson Fury described as “Immortal”.

Becky Lynch and other WWE superstars applaud female boxers ahead of the historic match

WWE and streaming service DAZN have joined to promote Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano, the biggest women’s boxing event in history. Moreover, there will be many WWE superstars at MSG, New York on this Saturday, April 30th. More thrillingly, Becky Lynch and current Raw women’s champion Bianca Belair will each lead Team Serrano and Team Taylor, respectively, with a reference to their classic match at WrestleMania 38. Further, ‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks will be on Team Taylor and ‘The Queen’ Charlotte Flair, with Amanda Serrano.

Prior to the grand event, Becky Lynch interviewed ‘Simply The Best’ Katie Taylor. As both are legends in combat sports and are from Ireland, they had a lot of admiration and support for each other. Big Time Becks said, “Not only are we two of the greatest Irish champions in history, but we are the two most dominant women to ever enter a ring.”

“On April 30, exclusively on DAZN, Katie Taylor will keep her undefeated record intact and leave Madison Square Garden with all of the belts she walks in with,” Lynch added. Likewise, the EST of WWE Bianca Belair also had a similar interview with Amanda Serrano.

Furthermore, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon, superstars Alexa Bliss, Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley, and Damien Priest also sent in their regards for the legendary boxers.

Tyson Fury is ruling the world of boxing with his second reign as the WBC Heavyweight Champion. In 2021 December, The Gypsy King applauded Katie Taylor on his Instagram story, saying, “She is the immortal of boxing. Get up there, my girl.” The Bray Bomber was humbled by the praise and she shared it on her social media as well.
