Dwayne Johnson’s last film, Black Adam, was one of the most anticipated films of the entire year. However, once the film came out, it was bashed and reviewed poorly by the critics. Although, the fans liked the film; it failed to create an impact on the box-office.

Without a major box-office success, the film fell flat on its face. However, Johnson still did not shy away from boasting about the film’s earnings on social media. However, unfortunately, his lie was caught when he boasted a false earning figure on the web.

Recently,  Dwayne Johnson took to social media to announce an emotional update regarding Black Adam. He stated how, after a discussion with James Gunn and the other DC executives, it was decided that Black Adam does not fit in their narratives.

He acknowledged his and Seven Bucks Production’s work of worth 15 years, and was looking forward to future opportunities. However, one person was least bothered regarding this. While fans mourned the departure of Cavill from DCEU, they were bombarded with his sad update about Black Adam.

However, UFC Featherweight fighter Bill Algeo did not seem to care about the matter.

The entire DCEU fan base was shattered on hearing this news about Black Adam and his status in the DCEU. While, a few days ago they were shelled with the news of Henry Cavill’s departure as Superman, and now this struck them.

UFC Featherweight fighter Bill Algeo, although stayed unmoved with the news. He was still disappointed with Dwayne Johnson over his shoe deal with Under Armour and UFC, and made sure to have it known.

Algeo took to Twitter to state how he did not care about the Black Adam update, and also how Johnson’s shoes sucked.

The whole controversy started when Dwayne Johnson signed a deal with UFC, under Project Rock, which saw UFC fighters having to wear his shoes, and getting little to no money for it. Prior to Algeo, even Nate Diaz had criticized The Rock for it.

Algeo is an unranked UFC fighter, who signed with UFC in 2020. However, so far he has had an average career in UFC, where his stats stand at 3-3.
