Brock Lesnar was billed ‘The Next Big Thing’ in WWE during his first run. He had a promising career in WWE, but he left in 2004 due to a hectic schedule. However, he made an astonishing career in UFC before returning to WWE in 2012.

Upon returning to WWE, Lesnar’s first opponent was the face of the company John Cena. While he manhandled Cena on RAW, The Beast Incarnate received a warning from an NBA legend.

A few years ago, during the Memphis GrizzliesNBA playoff game against the Los Angeles Clippers, Charles Barkley warned Brock Lesnar. This was when wrestling legend Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler appeared and by delivering a Piledriver to a local independent wrestler disguised as a Clippers fan.

Barkley, during TNT’s Inside the NBA, said, “I love Jerry ‘The King”, but Brock Lesnar, you better leave John Cena alone. Or me and Shaq are coming for you. John Cena is my man.”

In the meantime, the TNT crew also showed footage from Shaquille O’Neal’s RAW appearance as a guest host in July 2009. They discussed the brawl Shaq and The Big Show had in the ring.

When Inside the NBA panel was on the screen again, Barkley added to the previous statement of the challenge he issued to The Beast.

Sir Charles said, “Brock Lesnar, get off John Cena, or I’m gonna make a personal appearance on RAW.” Meanwhile, O’Neal added, “Go on man. I got your back.”

Barkley is a WWE fan but hasn’t appeared as a guest on the show ever. However, it would be great to see WWE invite him to a show and indulge Barkley in some form of action.

Shaquille O’Neal called out Brock Lesnar in a pun-intended way

When Brock Lesnar proclaimed his retirement from UFC in 2011, many celebrities congratulated him on a brilliant career. Former NBA player Shaquille O’Neal also congratulated him in a funny way, posting a video on social media.
