The Undertaker is a once-in-a-lifetime WWE superstar. He is the most respected in all the professional wrestling business and is also a global sensation, even after retiring.

There are multiple wrestlers across the industry who have similar move-set like The Undertaker. However, in WWE, other than Kane, nobody has pulled off the moves of ‘The Deadman’ smoothly.

However, one iconic move is known as ‘Old School’, is only performed perfectly by The Deadman himself.

72-year Mike Jackson pulls off ‘Old School’ differently than The Undertaker

The recent Impact Wrestling Slammiversary PPV had multiple surprises for the night. The PPV marked 20 years to the day of NWA-TNA’s first pay-per-view held on June 19, 2002. One of the major surprises for the night was the return of 72-years ‘Action’ Mike Jackson as a participant in the reverse battle royal that was held during the Slammiversary pre-show.

Jackson made his presence felt by performing the move ‘Old School’ of The Undertaker with a new school touch. He walked all over the steel railings or the barricade outside the ring and then landed with a shot on the shoulder of Mahabali Sheera. Impact Wrestling shared the video on Instagram with the caption, “72 year old Mike Jackson brings a new school touch to a rail walk Old School. #Slammiversary”.

The 72-year-old also shared that, prior to the pandemic, he was supposed to work the next three sets of IMPACT tapings. Recently, he’s heard from the company and they want to bring him in once the pandemic is over.

Ric Flair and Mike Jackson had some matches over the NWA World Title in the 80s. The 72-year-old still feels active and plans to wrestle some more time.
