At AEW All Out 2022 in Chicago, there were a lot of great events, like CM Punk reclaiming the championship, MJF making a comeback, and many more things that will make the nightstick in the memory for a long time. Although it was noteworthy for many reasons, it was also rather contentious since an AEW star said something unpleasant about the musical sensation Lizzo.

In case you missed it, The Acclaimed competed against the tag team champions Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland in the AEW Tag Team Championship match. In response, AEW Star Max Caster from The Acclaimed made a fat-shaming remark during which he referred to Keith Lee, his opponent, as Lizzo.

Billy Gunn joined The Acclaimed superstars’ Max Caster and Anthony Bowens at the entrance for the bout. Additionally, Caster entered the ring rapping and insulting the rival and tag team champion. Meanwhile, Caster remarked as he performed their entrance rap act, he said, “How you gonna put me in a match against Lizzo.”

Through her own ways to preach the message of body acceptance and self-love, Music Sensation has gained admirers all around the world. Given that he made a blatant body-shaming statement about Lizzo and Lee, it was obvious that it may work against him.

The crowd at the arena was shocked as soon as he made these remarks, and online users quickly expressed their outrage at the AEW star’s comments.

Caster received a lot of backlash for his Lizzo reference

There were many fans who, for obvious reasons, weren’t happy with the fact that Caster made this joke. Subsequently, many fans reacted in these ways:

Meanwhile, one user called Caster “Garbage Human.”
