More than just being a wrestler, Cody Rhodes has played a part in definitely being a star in and outside the ring. From his role in building up AEW to its place right now to working in the indies to bring more attention to indie promotions, Rhodes has worked hard to build the upcoming generations of wrestlers.

Recently, in a gruesome contest of strength, Rhodes broke his arm, wrestling Brock Lesnar. But even a broken arm isn’t going to stop Rhodes from continuing a special project that’s close to his heart. Also, the AEW vice-president and his long-time friends are also with him, despite him working for WWE.

On Twitter, Rhodes announced that the applications for the new camp season for his Nightmare Factory are open. Along with OT Marshall, Rhodes opened this training center in 2020. It acted as a jumping-off point for many developmental AEW talents in the beginning. This way, Rhodes and Marshall give back to the wrestling community every year.

In the photos of previous sessions, you can clearly see that Rhodes called in favors. Both John Cena and Shawn Spears also visited the training center to pass on wisdom and insight into the wrestling industry. The Nightmare Factory is one of the projects that are closest to Rhodes’ heart as it gives back to the community that made him the star that he is today.

Even Triple H admitted that AEW is growing bit by bit into a worthy opponent. So, looking over everything, Rhodes is definitely helping build the wrestling community from behind the scenes.
