Dwayne Johnson has many amusing interactions with his co-stars that make for great entertainment. He has had funny exchanges with some actors, but his banter with Kevin Hart always stands out.  The two actors regularly trade insults and try to one-up the other so much, that at times it is hard to tell whether they are joking or being serious. But as we know, both DJ and Hart are good friends and enjoy ribbing each other. They were at it yet again when they played the “pass the phone challenge” and dished out some hilarious insults.

The insults that The Rock and Hart exchange are usually over-the-top funny and make for some great entertainment. The Jumanji co-stars hardly hold back when going on a verbal rampage and this was the case again when they played passing the phone.

Fans can recall when the $450 million worth Kevin Hart showed up at The Rock’s house dressed up as DJ from the 90s, with the fanny pack on Halloween in 2019.

This time, however, it was the turn of the former WWE Champion to get the better of Hart. During the promotion of the animated movie DC’s League of Super-Pets, the two stars started playing the pass the phone challenge. During the game, Johnson said, “I’m passing the phone to someone who lost his virginity when he was 22 years old.” Hart hit back and said, “I am passing the phone to somebody who flips their underwear inside out because they’re too lazy to wash them correctly.”

The insults kept getting funny to the point when DJ questioned Hart’s parentage. He said, “I am passing the phone to someone who is still trying to figure out who his real father is.”  The banter continued with Hart pointing out that ‘The Brahma Bull’ has lied about his Hawaiian heritage.

Of course, this wasn’t the first time either one of them went overboard with their wacky insults. Hart has even trolled The Rock after he revealed that he bought his mother a new house. It seems nothing is off limits when ‘The Great One’ and Kevin Hart are having a go at each other.

The Rock’s friendship with other Hollywood celebrities

Apart from his close-knit bond with Kevin Hart, Dwayne Johnson has forged good friendships with quite a few other celebrities from Hollywood. This includes his Red Notice co-star Gal Gadot and British actress Emily Blunt. Blunt and The Rock starred in the 2021 movie Jungle Cruise and have been good friends since.

The banter the two stars had during the promotion of the film won many hearts and even drew comparisons with the DJ-Hart dynamic. Just like Hart, Emily Blunt hasn’t held back when it comes to dishing out insults to ‘The People’s Champ’ while being an equal sport at receiving them as well.

The Rock’s charming personality and easygoing nature make for good camaraderie with many of his co-stars. This is evident in their various interactions in interviews and other appearances. As such fans are always looking forward to seeing Dwayne Johnson having some hilarious back and forth with his co-stars when they are out in public promoting their next film.
