This week’s RAW saw a series of revelations. It is no secret that Bobby Lashley has been eyeing the WWE championship. In fact, Lashley made his desire to go after Drew McIntyre painstakingly clear. Therefore, the pressure to perform is at its peak with the two stars charging towards each other at full speed.

Drew McIntyre appeared on MVP’s ‘The VIP Lounge’. Consequently, MVP, who has been acting like a manager figure to Lashley, crossed a line saying that he has decided to be a part of the journey where McIntyre will lose the WWE title to Lashley.

McIntyre replied saying that the only way Lashley would ever be champion is if he takes the title from his dead hands.

Lashley then made an appearance but decided to standby and watch as McIntyre pulled the props apart before delivering the Claymore to MVP.

In the main event, Lashley and MVP were in a tag-team match against the Street Profits. The match ended in a disqualification after an attack from Lashley.

Drew McIntyre rushed in, jumping into a brawl with Lashley right in the ring, and the fans saw what’s in store for them at Backlash. WWE trainees and officials hopped inside the ring to restrain both Lashley and McIntyre.
