Jeff Hardy was caught up in a hit and run case from 2 weeks ago. He was found near his car, in an intoxicated state, after an accident which put Elias in the hospital. Jeff was later cleared of all charges and is no longer a suspect in the case.

It has been speculated that Sheamus was the one who framed Jeff in the hit and run. Hardy stated last week that the police suspected a man with red hair and red beard to be responsible for the incident. Sheamus has outright denied his involvement in the whole affair.

Sheamus continues to torment Jeff Hardy

This week on SmackDown, Sheamus took the feud a step further. The Celtic Warrior brought on a doctor in the ring, to conduct a urine test on Jeff Hardy. All of this took place when Hardy was supposed to sign the contract to fight at Backlash on Sunday.

Sheamus berated Hardy for a while, stating that he was untrustworthy, and a flat out junkie. Sheamus refused to step into the ring with Hardy on Sunday at Backlash if he was proven to be a drug user.

Hardy stated impassionately, that he was, “Sick and tired of being sick and tired,” and that he was a reformed man. Hardy agreed to take the urine test, right in the middle of the ring.

Jeff began to provide his urine sample, in the middle of the ring, in a low enclosure. Sheamus made a public service announcement, stating “Kids if you’re a user, you’re a loser. Don’t end up like Jeff Hardy.”

Sheamus confronted Hardy, and said “Maybe you’d like to apologize to your family? Maybe say something to the fans at home? Something like…Just say No?”

This seemed to be the last straw for Hardy. He calmly spoke into the mic, with a jar of his urine in his hand, and said “Better to be pissed off than pissed on,” and chucked the urine sample at Sheamus.

The Celtic Warrior was furious, drenched in Jeff Hardy’s urine. He later found out that Jeff was clean, that his urine sample came out negative
