The Undertaker announced his retirement on the last episode of ‘The Last Ride’ recently. His long career had come to an end finally.

However, there are a lot of superstars who just aren’t buying it. WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T is one of them.

If it was a bet, I would take the odds man,” jokes Booker. “I’ll see if The Undertaker comes back just one more time especially for a Wrestlemania moment maybe a Saudi all right yeah, payday, anything is possible.”

We have seen The Undertaker wanting to retire before, but never it’s never been as official as this time. Booker T believes that The Undertaker won’t stay away from the ring for long.

“To say that this is truly the last ride for a man like The Undertaker, I don’t see it man just because “The Deadman” is, “The Deadman” belongs to the people,” says Booker. “That’s the way I see it.”

Booker T claims that The Phenom  has become a part and parcel of WWE now and separating him from the WWE Universe would be impossible.

Booker T feels that The Undertaker didn’t get the ending he wanted

“It’s hard for me to be that selfish but I am,” admits Booker. “The Deadman” belongs to the people and the people are gonna demand seeing The Undertaker just once. We don’t care if it’s once a year, we don’t care if its boneyard cinema-style matches but for the taker to vanish into thin air and go away forever that would be sacrilegious.”

The Undertaker has been in the WWE for over three decades. His character has influenced almost every fan, and the atmosphere he brings to the ring cannot be matched.

Booker feels that Taker himself would have wanted to end with a match like the one against Shawn Michaels. Facing AJ Styles at Wrestlemania surrounded by 80,000 fans supporting him was definitely the way The Undertaker wanted to go out.

According to Booker, The Undertaker may return for that final match in 2021 or 2022 to truly end it. The cinematic match was great, but neither of the two suffered any injury.

Booker claims that these injuries are what make the match worthwhile. He is even willing to bet on the odds of The Undertaker returning to the ring!

Will “The Deadman” rise from his grave once again, or should we allow him to rest in peace? Booker T for one, will not hesitate to wake him up.
