Roman Reigns Shares the One ‘Stone Cold Thing’ He Hates the Most in WWE

On the other hand, Roman Reigns is succeeding at it with ease since he has been dominating the WWE universe for a while and appears to be an unstoppable force. Meanwhile, with his recent visit to Logan Paul’s ‘Impulsive Podcast’, the WWE Undisputed Champion has electrified the Internet.

His recent conversation has many things to offer as it covers a wide range of topics. Thus, it is presently making waves across the WWE Universe. And one of those moments was when he reveals the ‘Stone Cold thing’ he dislikes the most.

Talking to Paul, he recalls how with Shield, he kick-started his WWE career. WWE fans first viewed him as a villain when he first joined the heel group. Subsequently, when WWE began to promote him as a top guy, the fans began to rebel against him, and that was the moment he strived to win them over and gain their respect.

In addition, The Tribal Chief later realized that wherever he will go, there would be a hubbub from the crowd, and while he was cool with that, he didn’t appreciate the iconic ‘What’ chants.

In his words, “Then typically when you’re talking they gonna listen, but when you pause they’ll get a reaction. But sometimes it’s not the reaction you want because what if they what in you, I hate, nobody likes the what.”

“So then you got to start playing with your cadence and now you can cut their what’s off and dictate the timing and the chances are gonna be. … Like when you say something[someone screams what] yep. It’s a Stone Cold Steve Austin thing and still holds on to it.”

Why does Roman Reigns dislike the iconic ‘What’ chant of Stone Cold Steve Austin?

Steve Austin was one of the most iconic but notorious for many things he had done in the business: from flicking fingers on Vince McMahon’s face to his beer bash celebrations. And one such thing was the ‘what’ chants. For those who don’t know, ‘What’ is one of the most famous WWE chants in the company.

Notably, ‘The Texas Rattle Snake’ created this. WWE long-time fans have seen Austin would use ‘what’? in his promos to irate his rival. After that, the WWE world picked this up for him and started using it every time they wanted to irritate the talent when they were addressing it.

And if the ‘Tribal Chief’ is speaking, he will undoubtedly be upset if the audience doesn’t pay attention to him. He is not the only well-known WWE superstar that despises these chants. Like him, many other people, including Mr. McMahon, were irritated by these chants.
