Danielson said, “AEW came in with a handful of stars that had been known nationwide. Someone did not really know nationwide the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega. They had a lot of fans, but they hadn’t really been on national TV. You had Jericho, Moxley, and a handful guys maybe people knew.”

“It’s the ability to go out there and create these new stars and create people they are excited about. I have no doubts about AEW’s future as far as that’s concerned. You can just see it. There are all these guys that are young and have so much talent. They’re just going to thrive.”

Danielson further added that learning goes both ways. He feels that not only the young talents will get to learn from him, he will also get to learn from them.

He added, “One of the things that really excites me is the learning goes both ways. They will learn from me and CM Punk, but I will also learn from them because as someone who is 40 years old and has been in wrestling for 21 years, I have certain ways of thinking.”

With Danielson as the latest addition to AEW’s roster, Tony Khan’s AEW will now impose a greater challenge to WWE.
