Dwayne Johnson began his career as a wrestler before becoming a top-tier Hollywood actor. However, his Fast and Furious franchise co-actor Vin Diesel thinks he would easily beat The Rock in a fight.
According to a 2017 TMZ Sports report, UFC champion Tyron Woodley claims he was confronted by Vin Diesel at the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 premieres after Woodley selected The Rock to win in a hypothetical match.

Tyron Woodley described the situation in detail. Woodley stated, “Man, I just watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 yesterday at the premiere. Man, he [Dave Bautista] did a phenomenal job. Vin pulled me at the party because I said fight versus him and Rock. I gave it to The Rock. So he pulled up on me, not in a violent way but like come on man I would flex on The Rock.”
Although it was just a friendly conversation, Vin Diesel, 54, sounded confident to beat ‘The Great One’ in a fight. But if the hypothetical event takes place, there is no doubt it will be extremely difficult to defeat “The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment.”
Over the years, Dwayne Johnson, 50, has built quite a massive and powerful physique. Even though Vin Diesel has a superb physique, it pales compared to the WWE superstar. Additionally, The Rock comes from a wrestling background and is a third-generation wrestler who has competed in the field for many years, which is an enormous advantage.
Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson have a tense relationship
The Rock’s animosity with former WWE Champion Vin Diesel is well-known in Hollywood. The rift between the two Hollywood icons looks to be widening with time. But once, he was asked to return to the Fast & Furious franchise by none other than Diesel, in 2021.

Diesel stated, “My little brother Dwayne… the time has come. The world awaits the finale of Fast 10. As you know, my children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. There is not a holiday that goes by that they and you don’t send well wishes… but the time has come.”
In a CNN interview, ‘The Great One’ responded to Diesel’s request. He claims that Diesel’s post was an example of his manipulation. He stated, “I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death. Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding.”

Further, DJ added, “My goal all along was to end my amazing journey with this incredible ‘Fast & Furious franchise’ with gratitude and grace. It’s unfortunate that this public dialogue has muddied the waters.” In case you didn’t know, The Rock’s highest-grossing film was one from the Fast And Furious franchise.
