There is nothing wrong that Dwayne Johnson could do for Black Adam, or so the internet thought. It took only one interview to make Johnson the butchering slaughter of the internet’s hate. But on the other side of things, The Rock is being heralded as the savior that DC fans all around needed. So you might be wondering what caused Johnson to become such a divided figure in the DC fanbase.

Going around the world and giving interviews at every possible moment, Johnson is taking a victory lap around the world before Black Adam drops, this Friday. During this run, the Brahma Bull has been making a lot of remarks about the process of making the movie. People don’t like it at all when people talk spoilers, but this is new for the internet when the actor intentionally talks about it in the interviews before the movie’s release.

While it is for many things, Johnson talking about a post-credit scene on his world tour for the movie is funnier than anything on the internet right now.

The haters of the movie are loving to watch Johnson make poor decisions in interviews. But only time will tell how much of an impact this promotion has on Black Adam’s box office collection.

While Kevin Feige has been killing it with Marvel lately, with She-Hulk and Werewolf in the Night, Johnson contending for superhero movie leading man could be a possible future for DC moving forward.

While Snyder-Verse had a good comeback with Snyder’s cut of the Justice League, Dwayne-Verse is supposedly here to stay for good.
