$16 Million Worth WWE Legend Once Went on an Unhinged Donald Trump Rant: “I Respected Him a Lot Before”

Donald Trump was inducted into the 2013 class of WWE Hall of Fame and was also directly involved in WrestleMania 23. However, Trump has been a wrestling and WWE fan for a long time. Also, he allegedly shares a very relationship with Vince McMahon, since during his election campaigns Trump used to take McMahon’s name many times.

The former President has good relationships with several wrestlers from WWE. Wrestlers such as Hulk Hogan and Bill Goldberg have been personally in touch with Donald Trump. However, Hogan was a Trump supporter during his Election campaign back in 2015, such was not the case with Goldberg.

Bill Goldberg, also known as Goldberg, is a 285Lb weighing monster. During his reign, he had an undefeated streak of 173 matches. During the latter half of his career, he once squashed Brock Lesnar in 90 seconds. A former football player, Goldberg rose to fame from his WCW days.

In an interview from 2015 with TMZ Sports, Goldberg was asked about the relationship Vince McMahon and Trump shared, since several times McMahon’s name was mentioned during his election campaigns. To this, Goldberg responded with, “Trump and McMahon are pretty much the same person. You know, if you look at the number of WrestleManias back in the day, Trump was in a number of these. He’s been a fan for a very long time.”

Goldberg then stated, “He and Vince have been close for a period of time. Yeah, they are both kind of off the rocker. One’s running for President and the other one at the head of a multi-billion dollar entertainment.” When the host then asks if Trump was a fan of the sport or the money, Goldberg answered with a straight face, “ I think both.”

Goldberg then concluded his statement by stating that Trump is a fan of the sport and he has been him in the UFC as well. Goldberg then claimed, “I respected him a lot before he fired me.” Goldberg spoke the last statement regarding Trump firing Goldberg from ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ in 2010.

Trump had fired Goldberg after the former WWE star failed to stand up to the desired challenge. There two teams in the challenge, a women’s team and a men’s team. While singer Cyndi Lauper led the women’s team to victory, Goldberg could not lead his team to. Post which he was fired from the show.

Donald Trump had some outrageous demands for his WrestleMania 23 feud with Vince McMahon

WrestleMania 23 was host to the famous ‘battle of the billionaires’. It was here that Donald Trump went against Vince McMahon. Both these businessmen had two superstars representing them. Trump had Bobby Lashley in his corner while Vince McMahon had Umaga.

Prior to the match, Trump made McMahon sign a contract. The contract stated that under no condition could Trump’s hair be touched. The former CEO of WWE lost the match and had to shave his hair in front of a live audience. Trump made McMahon agree to these terms before proceeding with the feud.
