Dwayne Johnson, Who Has One Parent Left, Makes a Soul-Stirring Plea to Everyone After His Mother’s Horrifying Car Crash: “If You Still Got Your Mom and Dad, Make Sure…”

Dwayne Johnson, an inspiration to many of his followers across the world, has often stated how his mother has been a huge influence on his success. The Rock has opened up on the advice his mother would always give him that helped to overcome challenges in his life. Hence, when The Great One came to know that his mother, Ata Johnson, has been involved in a car crash, he was overcome with emotion.

The Rock shared the news of his mother’s accident on Instagram. He said that “she’s ok.” and further noted that his 74-year-old mother will continue to get evaluated. The People’s Champion also made an emotional appeal to his followers.

According to TMZ, Ata Johnson was involved in a horrific car crash on Wednesday night which left the car’s hood and bumper in a terrible state while the right front fender was completely wrecked. The Rock shared the photo of the damaged car on Instagram. In the caption, he wrote, “Angels of mercy watched over my mom as she was in a car crash late last night.”

The Brahma Bull further noted that his mother has always been a survivor and was under evaluation after the accident. He also thanked the LAPD and LAFD for being “caring and focused”. He mentioned that they stayed on the phone with him through the ordeal.

Towards the end of his post, the former WWE Champion made an emotional request to fans to cherish their parents. The Rock wrote, “I got one parent left, so if you still got your mom and dad make sure you hug ‘em hard, cos you never know when you’ll get that 3 am call we never want to get.” Since DJ shared the news of her mother’s accident, there has been an outpouring of support for the actor from fans. Many celebrities and athletes have also sent their best wishes to The Rock and his mother following the accident.

Moments such as these really put things in perspective, even for someone like The Rock. There is very little left for the Hollywood star to accomplish in his life.
