Hell in a cell records: Seth Rollins and Edge

Both Edge and Rollins have played a major role in WWE’s success. Although ‘The Rated R superstar’ is more experienced than ‘The Architect‘ and has been in the industry since the late 90s.

However, if we look towards his experience in ‘Hell in a Cell’, he is far less familiar with it. That’s because in such a long wrestling career, Edge has only a single Hell in a Cell match under his belt. He wrestled against ‘The Phenom- Undertaker’ back in SummerSlam 2008 and lost the match.

His last encounter was against ‘Bray Wyatt’ in 2019, again for the WWE Universal Championship. Rollins holds a mixed bag of results. He won against Ambrose, lost against Owens and his match with Wyatt ended in a stoppage.

Finally, they will meet again in Crown Jewel. But this time, the setup is totally different. Edge carries the experience of wrestling with the most lethal and successful wrestler in the devil’s playground, The Undertaker. This match was ranked as one of the best matches of that decade. Also, the extreme background of Edge can’t be ignored.

On the other hand, Rollins has wrestled more matches inside the cell. Also, all thereof his matches have happened recently when compared to Edge. This makes him more familiar with the memories inside the cell. Rollins’ smartness and his athletic prowess might also help him gain an advantage.
