“Every Man Needs a Daughter” – Dwayne Johnson Shares an Emotional Message for His Daughters Simone, Jasmine and Tiana

Ahead of Father’s Day weekend, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shared a special video about his children. A proud father of three, The Rock posted what it was like to raise three daughters.

His first child, Simone, was born on August 14, 2001, with his first wife Danny Garcia. He married his second wife in 2019. The couple has two daughters named Jasmine (born December 17, 2015) and Tiana (born April 17, 2018).

The Rock posted a clip from his interview with People magazine. There he speaks about the greatest part of being a father to girls is to “just be there and how important that is,” and “having an extended capacity to listen and be more tender and gentle.”

“Being present really gave me the ability to solve whatever the issue is but solve it with them compared to trying to solve it for them,” he added. While it was the same before the pandemic, but the pandemic definitely reshaped his views. “What the pandemic did, it allowed me a really heightened sense of understanding the bigger reason why they are the most important thing to me.”

As ‘The Great One’ shared the video on Instagram, he captioned it as “Every man wants a son, but every man NEEDS a daughter. Thank God for that quote because I have a house of ALL GIRLS and FULL of ESTROGEN. Happy Father’s Day weekend to all my fellow hard-working, committed dads who will always, “just be there.”

His older daughters don’t make many appearances now. But The Rock appreciates them nonetheless. His oldest daughter Simone recently signed up with WWE Performance Center to become a WWE superstar.

As of now, The Rock is busy wrapping up his DC Movies Black Adam and Super-Pets. His cousin Roman Reigns recently warned him not to come back to WWE.
