A lot of news and rumors revolve around pro wrestling stars on a daily basis. This makes it very hard to distinguish between true and false news. A lot of time, people make mistakes and spread the wrong news. And it is not limited to common people.

Even those who are best at their jobs sometimes make errors and face consequences thereafter. A similar case happened with pro wrestling journalist Ryan Satin. In 2019, he released a report involving Bayley and Sasha Banks that didn’t turn out to be true, and four years later he is still paying for that mistake.

Bayley went on to her Twitter account to refer to the mistake and take a sly dig at the pro wrestling journalist. WrestleMania 39 saw Damage CTRL losing to Becky Lynch, Lita, and Trish Stratus. In reference to this, she drafted a tweet saying that she was crying after her WrestleMania loss.

However, a photo attached to the tweet shows otherwise. In the photo, the fans can see Bayley standing alongside Tamina and Iyo Sky while all three seem to enjoy the event.

The WWE Universe believes that the former NXT Women’s Champion clearly meant this post as a direct shot at the sports journalist for posting a false report after her WrestleMania 35 loss.

What was Ryan Satin’s false report?

At WrestleMania 35, Damage CTRL leader, along with former WWE star Banks, fought in a fatal four-way match to defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Unfortunately, The Boss ‘n’ Hug Connection lost their titles to The IIconics during the event in 2019.

Following their loss at The Showcase of Immortals, Satin in his Pro Wrestling Sheet shared a piece of news regarding the duo’s title loss. The report stated that The Boss ‘n’ Hug Connection was reportedly seen throwing tantrums and crying on the floor after their WrestleMania loss.

Later, the fans discovered that this report was false and that nothing of such a sort had happened. Also, this is not the first time Bayley has dragged the founder of Pro Wrestling Sheet for circulating a false rumor about her.

In a SmackDown episode in June 2020, The Boss ‘n’ Hug Connection achieved a milestone when they beat Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. After their victory, the champion duo mocked the pro wrestling journalist by pretending to cry on the floor during a photoshoot.

On a side note, Satin’s false reports also stated the rumors about Banks being unprofessional and unreliable. After her loss, she took some time off from WWE. This led the rumors to spread more in her absence. Though she returned to WWE after some time, but eventually left the promotion last year.
