Taker didn’t break his kayfabe for over 30 years in public. He preserved the mystery of The Undertaker, making fans believe all the myths and rumors about ‘The Deadman’.

In his early days, people were terrified if they saw Mark Calaway even in his regular attire, thinking he is what he portrays on TV.

The Undertaker shares how his eye-rolling once saved him and Bruce Prichard

The Undertaker, ‌after his debut, introduced the eye-rolling trick in WWE. This trick helped Taker to get over the fans quickly and made them think The Undertaker was legit scary. However, The Phenom recalled a hilarious story of his eye-rolling trick saving him and WWE official Bruce Prichard aka Brother Love.

On the new WWE Network series, Undertaker: The Last Ride: Tales From The Deadman, Taker recently revealed the story. Prichard recalled about he and Taker left early from a show to reach the next destination. They have lost their way and asked for directions from a person.

The Undertaker said, “We jump in the car wanting to get from Chattanooga to Atlanta. Not knowing our way around too well, we end up in a pretty seedy neighborhood in a pretty sketchy part of town. Oh! you know Bruce, ‘Hey buddy! Think you can give us some directions to the interstate?”

He added, “Now he can see Bruce, but he can’t see me. I’m thinking, ‘Oh man, this is going to be bad.’ So as he leans down, I give him the ol’ [eye-roll].” 

Prichard added, “The guy backs up, almost falling down. He goes, “Man, what’s wrong with that dude, he looks like he just killed somebody!” (H/T Comicbook)

The man who Taker and Prichard asked for help demanded money in exchange for helping them. Moreover, a group of people started surrounding the car. But after Taker gave them the eye-roll, the person got afraid and gave them the directions to the highway and quickly took off.

The Undertaker to appear at a Fan Fest

The WWE shared a post recently about their next Fan Expo later this month in Dallas and Virginia. Fiterman Sports will host the Fan Expo, which is WWE’s official autograph company.

However, The Undertaker will be present to meet his fans on June 18 and 19 respectively, at the Dallas event. He will reunite with his former WWE rivals, Edge and AJ Styles. This will be the first time since the Hall of Fame ceremony that Taker will meet Edge and Styles.
