Dwayne Johnson has already claimed that his upcoming movie Black Adam will change the course of DCEU. The Rock is sure his entry into the comic-verse movie genre is going to help DC to take a big leap. A leap that MCU got after the release of Avengers movies.

However, once Dwayne Johnson took a dig at the MCU and Avengers. He had some words for all the members of the Avengers. In a resurfaced video on YouTube, we can see the WWE legend roasting MCU’s top team, The Avengers.

Johnson says, “Here’s the thing with the Avengers. So you ask if Thano, what? How do you call the name? So you ask me if Thanos would scare me? Here’s the thing with the Avengers. They’re all my buddies. They’re pu**ies, that’s the thing.”

He added, “The Avengers? No, you know who’s tough in the Avengers? None of them! (starts laughing). DC in the house. You know what I’m saying.”

Johnson marked his arrival as Black Adam by roasting The Avengers. MCU has bagged millions of dollars with Avengers franchise films and DJ wants to bring the same era into DCEU now.

The Rock has acted in over 40 movies until now. However, out of all of them, the WWE legend has claimed Black Adam to be his dream project for many years. 

The wait is almost over now as the movie is set to hit the theaters on October 21, 2022. Moreover, the second trailer of the movie gave an idea to the fans how the movie is going to surprise everyone.

Taika Waititi sneaks Dwayne Johnson into an unsaid cameo in MCU’s Thor: Love and Thunder

It seems Dwayne Johnson already made his comic-verse genre debut before Black Adam. Surprisingly, it happened in the latest MCU film, Thor: Love and Thunder.

At the end of the movie, it seemed as if director Taika Waititi, who has voiced the character named Korg, added a surprise cameo of Dwayne Johnson in the MCU. In the movie, Korg narrates how life went ahead for all the characters after Christian Bale’s Gorr sacrificed himself to bring his daughter back to life. Here, Korg talked about marrying a fellow ‘Kronan’.

The Kronans are a species in Marvel Comics which are made up of rock. Surprisingly, the name of the Kronan who Korg marries is ‘Dwayne’. In this way, Waititi implied the hilarious pun of Dwayne, who is a Rock. Hence, the character in the movie is Dwayne ‘The Rock’.

Nevertheless, Dwayne “The Rock” character does not have a major role in the MCU yet but he surely captured the eyes of many fans. Moreover, it would be great to see the former WWE champ play a role in MCU.
