“Man, It’s a really wild time in my career. I’m about to be in the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin. I don’t think it gets any bigger and wilder than that, especially for a guy who grew up on [watching] Stone Cold, and he was my favorite wrestler for the longest time. So, it’s been a pretty incredible ride the last few weeks for sure,” Owens mentioned.

Former Universal Champion continued, “But I did figure that if at some point he was to come back, the logic would be he’d be involved with the guy who’s doing the Stunner. So, I played the long game here a little bit, and it worked out in my favor.”

Two weeks ago, the former Universal Champion Kevin Owens kicked off Monday Night Raw and impersonated Stone Cold’s entrance. However, during the same interview, Owens mentioned that he never mimicked anyone on WWE TV.
