The WWE fraternity welcomed it’s new star ‘married couple’ on the block on June 30, 2021, in the form of Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. The pair, who featured on WWE NXT during their early days in the wrestling industry, tied the knot in an acrimonious ceremony on Wednesday.

It’s no secret that the pair have been together for quite some time now. They’ve been seen in public and openly flaunt their admiration for each other on social media, without holding back. It was but a matter of time until they made things official.

Well, to answer this question, we must recall how the pair first brought their relationship in front of the eyes of the general public. During a Twitter war with WWE Hall of Famers Edge and Beth Phoenix, it was WWE superstar Becky Lynch who revealed that she was indeed romantically involved with fellow wrestler, Seth Rollins.

Speaking in an earlier interview, Lynch revealed that the pair have been around each other since their early days in the wrestling industry.

“We’ve been friends for years and years, and just immediately the first conversation that I ever had with him… we just hit it off. I think I just ended up telling him my life story. And that was it, we were just friends, and there was never really anything. But then, we were both single at the same time, and then we were like, ‘Why not?'” said Lynch.

Here’s Seth recalling the first time he kissed his now spousal partner, Becky Lynch.

“The first time we kissed was Royal Rumble weekend. That was interesting because I’ve known her for such a long time, never really thought about the other one in that way,” Rollins as reported by themix.net.
