Apart from entertaining the pro wrestling fans inside the squared circle, the Texas Rattlesnake, Stone Cold Steve Austin, appeared in several movies in Hollywood. During his acting career, Austin worked with several big names of the industry and Sylvester Stallone is one of his former co-stars.
Austin and Stallone appeared together in the movie ‘The Expendables’ in 2010. Sylvester Stallone played a major role in that film and was also the director of the movie.

The veteran actor suffered a hairline fracture in his neck and had to undergo a very serious operation afterwards. He also got a metal plate inserted in his neck following the unfortunate accident on the sets of ‘The Expendables’.
He told FHM magazine, “Actually, my fight with Stone Cold Steve Austin was so vicious that I ended up getting a hairline fracture in my neck. I’m not joking. I haven’t told anyone this, but I had to have a very serious operation afterwards. I now have a metal plate in my neck.” (h/t: The Guardian)
But it was not the first time that the veteran actor had suffered an injury while filming. Previously, while filming for Rocky IV, he suffered an injury as well. Speaking of Austin, there are rumors about him returning to WWE at WrestleMania 38.
