This week’s Friday Night SmackDown kicked off with the Universal Champion Roman Reigns coming out alongside his special council Paul Heyman to address the WWE Universe and send a message to his Survivor Series opponent, the WWE Champion Randy Orton.

Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre made a surprise appearance on SmackDown, cutting off ‘The Tribal Chief’. McIntyre said he will win back the WWE Championship from Orton and then face Roman Reigns at Survivor Series. He reminded Roman that a lot has changed and McIntyre is the top guy now.

Roman Reigns was quick to shut down the current Raw Superstar. He said that nobody remembers McIntyre now that Reigns is back. He also said that he doesn’t watch RAW and no one else does either as everyone is watching SmackDown.

Roman Reigns received a cryptic response

WWE on Fox tweeted the video of the segment where Roman Reigns belittles Raw by saying no one watches it, including him.

Alexa Bliss, who is a member of the RAW roster, didn’t really appreciate Roman’s statements as she expressed her difference of opinion in a way only she can or maybe The Fiend can.

The Fiend versus Roman Reigns were the original plans set in stone. With Jey Uso’s program doing wonders, WWE quietly removed The Fiend and Alexa Bliss from the Universal Title picture and moved them to RAW as part of the 2020 WWE Draft.

It is highly unlikely that this response from Alexa Bliss will have any repercussions at Survivor Series for the Universal Champion. The Fiend and Alexa Bliss have their eyes set on Randy Orton, and if Orton retains his championship on Monday, he will face Roman Reigns at Survivor Series.

Expect The Fiend to appear in this big money match. After all, ‘he’ hasn’t forgotten what Randy Orton did three years ago.
