Even though Triple H is no longer involved in wrestling inside the ring, he is a major part of WWE. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development of WWE. Not only that, but he is also the creator and executive producer of the developmental brand of WWE (NXT)

Recently, ‘The Game’ has been absent from WWE NXT since suffering a cardiac arrest earlier this year. However, his health is reported to be better now and he might soon return to take over his duties. As of now, Shawn Michaels has taken over the responsibility temporarily on NXT.

In an interview with Denise Salcedo, the host asked Michaels how often Triple H calls him to get an update on the happenings. The WWE legend revealed that it is mostly him bothering Triple H.

Shawn Michaels said, “Look, most of it is me bothering him, to be perfectly honest. He has worked so much over the last several years. I don’t think he understood it.”

“For him to go from 100 miles an hour to nothing was an adjustment. But I think he’s again, especially around this time of the year, he is now starting to realize like ‘Hey, this isn’t too bad’. I think he’s bordering on enjoying himself now,” he added.

Michaels admitted it is a well-deserved break for Triple H. However, as days pass by, ‘The Game’ is looking likely to return soon. Hopefully, we can get to see ‘The Game’ again on WWE NXT soon.

Triple H got spotted for the first time in public

Though there have been reports about Triple H recovering well, ‘The Game‘ did not make any public appearance till November 2021.

Last month, Triple H along with the McMahon family was spotted while checking out the new WWE HQ building being constructed.
