Mandy Rose started her WWE career as a contestant in the sixth season of the WWE Tough Enough competition in June 2015. She secured the second position in that show.  Later, WWE signed Mandy with a five-year contract.

During the initial years of her career, Mandy was part of several storylines, but none of them made an impact on fans. In July 2021, Mandy Rose formed a team with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne named Toxic Attraction. The same year, Mandy won the NXT women’s championship.

She remained the champion for 413 days. But on the December 13 episode of NXT, she lost the championship to Roxanne Perez and got released by WWE barely after 24 hours.
