Hulk Hogan is an icon in pro wrestling. He made pro wrestling a form of pop culture among the youth. Hogan opened the way for the pro wrestlers to Hollywood, hence he is also known as Hollywood Hogan. Admittedly, an individual has to tell some lies in order to stay relevant to the business and it seems like Hogan did it too much.
WWE veteran Jim Cornette is known for his excellent mic skills. Cornette regularly talks about the wrestling world and superstars on his YouTube podcast official Jim Cornette. A few months back, Cornette fired shots at Hulk Hogan for his lies.

While answering a viewer’s question about their hatred for Hulk Hogan, Jim Cornette and his co-host Brian Last left no stones unturned. “We think precisely because he was such a big star, there’s no reason to lie about that s**t. And if you’re gonna lie, make them entertaining stories that people could actually buy into and kind of be entertained by instead of just blatantly lying and making s**t up. That’s only funny because it’s obviously not true on the surface of it.”

And no he wasn’t gonna be the goddam guy that worked twice every day for 400 days in a row because he was flying backward time in Japan and whatever the f**k else. And Mohammad Ali’s daughter saved him from committing suicide, which was news to her.”
