A few days ago, The Bella Twins announced their disassociation from WWE. This came after working in the company for more than 15 years. The two have had a long-lasting career in the company, spanning the entirety of the Divas Era. Nikki Bella is also the longest-reigning Divas Champion in WWE’s history. More than that, the sisters launched their reality show careers through the WWE-produced Total Divas.

But now they have moved away from that and are going by the name The Garcia Twins. Along with that, the twins announced that a new chapter was forthcoming. Many fans thought that this meant that the twins will appear on WWE’s competitor’s show, AEW. But to wildly different reactions, that is not the case.

As the Garcia Twins news was made public, people didn’t hesitate to type their reactions to the news. Most of them were not what you would think people would write for the exit of WWE Hall of Famers.

Regarding the AEW rumors, Nikki Bella, in an Instagram live addressed them. She explained that they were only at AEW Revolution backstage to meet up with friends, Saraya and Renee Paquette. Also, she specified that the Garcia twins would not be going to AEW in the future. So, as usual, fans had things to say.

This fan predicted this would happen miles ago, but the AEW fans didn’t believe it.

This fan smartly pointed out that the twins were more interested in things other than wrestling.

This fan sarcastically mentioned the universal truth that wrestlers never lie, whatever the track record in the past might say.

This fan thinks that AEW doesn’t deserve the twins, especially Nikki.

There are a lot of reactions to the same thing. Some wanted them to go to the promotion, some thought that she was lying, and some were relieved that they weren’t going to AEW. But the truth will only come out when the twins announce their next chapter.

What could be the next chapter for the Bella Twins?

If the last few years were any indication, one would surely think that the twins were going to go headfirst into reality TV. They already have the Total Bellas brand and just last month aired Nikki’s entire wedding ceremony which also became must-see reality TV.

One thing to note though is that just like Total Divas and other shows under the WWE brand, AEW is also launching something similar. The AEW All Access already has announced a TV show based around Britt Baker and Adam Cole. So, this would be a perfect place for the twins to air their new show, devoid of anything WWE.
