Finn Bálor and Adam Cole had quite the match at WWE NXT to decide who the reigning champion will be. Though Bálor emerged as the winner of the match, Cole yet hasn’t given up on the title yet.
Adam Cole issues a warning to Finn Bálor
Following the match, Adam Cole issued a statement for the new NXT champion. According to him, ‘The Prince’ should hope that the two do not face off in the ring again. If that happens, he will ensure that the ending is way different.

In fact, he uses the term “Undisputed” to hint at his 403-day term as the NXT reigning Champion.

At the moment, there is no clarity on whether another match between the Superstars. Nevertheless, this warning from Adam Cole may be a hint towards what the future may bring along.
Obviously, this means that he will be the one winning the title. However, Finn Balor is not someone who will let go of the title without a fight. So, if the company books the two of them to battle in the ring again, it will for sure a tough battle for Adam Cole.

The match between Cole and Bálor witnessed several classic moves. While the match started off slow, it picked up pace eventually.
The two of them had their moments in the match. If Cole was grounded by Balor, then within a few minutes he made a comeback with a kick or two. Hence, initially, it wasn’t easy to know who would come out on top once the match ended.

Towards the end of the match, both Adam Cole and Finn Balor were fired up. However, for a couple of moments, it looked like Cole would win, given the way he attacked Bálor with moves like Last Shot and Panama Sunrise.
Finally, the two Superstars climbed to the top rope where they continued their battle. Finn Bálor found his moment and executed the perfect Avalanche 1916 DDT to take control over Adam Cole. Though the match was competitive, it ended with Finn Balor regaining the NXT title.
