“A Scottish Treasure”- Drew McIntyre Honours the Life of Recently Deceased Actor Sean Connery
The world mourned the passing of legendary Hollywood film actor Sean Connery yesterday, with thousands of tributes being laid out for him on Twitter. Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre also made it a point to pay his respect to Connery,
In a recent post on Twitter, McIntyre shared a very heartfelt message as a tribute to the famous actor, appealing to their similar Scottish backgrounds and beliefs.

Sean Connery was one of the most influential early actors in the film industry. He grew popular through his role in the James Bond movies. Connery was the first-ever Bond and kick-started the franchise.
Committing himself to the series, Connery’s decision proved most beneficial. His acting career got a huge upgrade and the role as James Bond saw him become one of the most high-profile actors of his time.
Sean Connery acted in Diamonds are Forever (1971), Never Say Never Again (1983), Dr. No (1962), You Only Love Twice (1967), From Russia with Love (1963), Thunderball (1965), and Goldfinger (1964).
Connery also had memorable roles in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), and The Untouchables (1987).
The actor passed away peacefully in his sleep in the Bahamas at the age of 90. His death later hit the news on the confirmation of his family.
