MVP Makes a Huge Mistake Ahead of SummerSlam
WWE fans probably lost count of how many times the 24/7 Championship changed hands on the latest episode of Raw. While Shelton Benjamin eventually walked away from that mess with the title, he let down The Hurt Business.
Apollo Crews was set to face Shelton Benjamin on Raw and was prepared to make a statement to MVP before SummerSlam. MVP just gave Crews more to fight for by introducing an exciting stipulation to the match.

As per MVP’s offer, if Crews managed to defeat Benjamin, the rest of The Hurt Business would stay way from ringside during Crews’ title defense against MVP at SummerSlam.
MVP was so confident that Benjamin would pull off the win. However, he did not, and Crews got the upper hand. During the match, R-Truth made an accidental interference while trying to escape the sneaky Akira Tozawa and his band of Ninjas.
Getting distracted, Benjamin was caught with a Jackknife, and was pinned by Crews. This means that MVP will be all alone during SummerSlam. He will have no one next to him but the virtual fans.
Apollo Crews earned himself a huge advantage over MVP
Crews certainly worked well to even the odds and is now looking at a fair game. With Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley gone, he can devote his full attention and focus to the main target.
