Big E has had a rude awakening and is undoubtedly making the best of his solo run since the draft. His split from New Day has seen him return as the monster we once knew in NXT. Paul Heyman seems to be interested in this development.

Heyman saw the true evolution in Big E after SmackDown last week. On the latest episode of Talking Smack with Kayla Braxton, he was quite impressed with the gritty promise Big E gave.

The long-time manager was jaw dropped.

“It’s about damn time. It’s about damn time that this Big E came to the surface,” said Heyman. “This is the Big E we’ve all been waiting for.”

The former General Manager of Raw went on to give a reality check. He explained how Big E was the real muscle of New Day. He seemingly convinced the former tag-team champion that he was being held down during his time with Kofi and Xavier Woods.

Paul Heyman is closely watching Big E and his progress

Paul Heyman has been the manager of legendary champions that go up to CM Punk, Stone Cold, Brock Lesnar, “Ravishing” Rick Rude, and most recently Roman Reigns.
