Randy Orton has demolished everyone in his path. This is the best version of him that we’ve ever seen.

Inarguably at the peak of his career, Randy Orton is one of the best heels in the business. WWE has struck gold with his feud against Edge but now seems to be digging a road for Orton.

After beating Big Show on the latest episode of RAW, Randy Orton has established himself as the untouchable heel. Under his feet lie Edge, Big Show, Christian, and many more. “The Legend Killer” has ended yet another legend in Show.

The storyline against Edge is one of the biggest in WWE this year. However, Edge has been out of action due to a tricep muscle tear, that will not be good for at least another month or two.

The question now arises- What’s next for Randy Orton?

Bringing back the “Legend Killer” gimmick was one of WWE’s best decisions. Heel Orton is something else entirely and his character now has got a lot of positive responses from fans and WWE Hall Of Famers alike.

The unfortunate part is that now, WWE has all this energy but no place to go. With Edge temporarily out of the picture, “The Viper” needs another opponent, another worthy opponent.

Randy Orton can become the “Greatest heel ever”

Christian was recently sent to the hospital after Randy Orton finished him off with a Punt kick in their unsanctioned match. He will be returning the next episode to deliver a segment.

Will Christian return to action as a Superstar to avenge Edge?

It’s hard to say, but it would be relevant to the plot if it happens. Christian can play a huge role in making the storyline more personal for Edge and Orton both.

Randy Orton has also done a great job selling his character.

He has made it clear in all his fights that he is doing what needs to be done, and that his opponents force him to do what he does. “The Legend Killer” has a lust for power and crushes anyone in his path.

Now that does sound familiar. This may be because WWE Champion Drew McIntyre does the exact same thing.

Ever since he won the WWE Championship at WrestleMania from Brock Lesnar, “The Scottish Psychopath” has been absolutely unstoppable. The bodies are just piling up in fort of McIntyre, and he too needs a worthy opponent.

Setting up Orton against McIntyre would be a phenomenal feud. The two certainly match each other’s skillsets. This could be a major storyline, at least until Edge is ready to compete again.

Orton could also use his pent up frustration to become not only a heel in his own storyline but become the notorious bad guy of the entire roster.

This would involve him punt-kicking literally everyone in his path and taking his heel through the entire brand.

WWE needs to put someone good in front of Orton and they need to do it quickly. “The Viper” will want to strike again, and WWE can’t hold him back with filler segments any longer.
