One of the biggest events in WWE is closer than ever, and a lot of Championships are on the line as every title in WWE is going to be defended at Clash of Champions 2020.

Here is our list of predictions on who may or may not walk away with the gold.

1.Asuka (C) vs Zelina Vega- Raw Women’s Championship Match

“The Empress of Tomorrow” was surprisingly given the kick-off show slot, but will nonetheless impress. I think that Asuka will defend her title successfully and continue the feud with Zelina through the next few weeks.

Even though Zelina Vega has probed to be a decisive Superstar, she does not have the skill set yet to dethrone someone like Asuka. She will have to work for it some more.

2.Drew McIntyre (C) vs Randy Orton- WWE Championship Ambulance Match

The odds are stacked against Drew McIntyre in the match, quite oddly. Even though “The Scottish Psychopath” has been able to defeat every opponent he has faced, I believe Randy Orton will emerge victorious in this match.

There may be interference by Keith Lee which will probably affect the course of the match. However, I can imagine McIntyre springing in for a Claymore and Orton dodging in only to send Drew into the ambulance.

There will undoubtedly be interference but if there isn’t, Randy Orton may just clinch the victory.

3.Roman Reigns (C) with Paul Heyman vs Jey Uso- WWE Universal Championship Match

Roman Reigns has been absolutely dominating the SmackDown roster since his return. He has been the master and commander of the brand and seems unstoppable.

His storyline against Jey Uso seemed redundant at first, but along the way we have seen some pretty good enthusiasm form Uso, and his true talents.

Despite this sudden push and the burst of energy, I expect to see Roman Reigns standing tall with a smirking Paul Heyman next to him over a beaten Jey.

The reason for this is that Roman Reigns simply cannot lose when his character is on such hot ground. Jey Uso will be the first of many victims form “The Big Dog” who is now much more focussed.

4.Bayley (C) vs Nikki Cross- SmackDown Women’s Championship Match

Nikki Cross has tried and failed and tried and failed. She never seems to give up which is a unique trait of hers. However, I maintain that there will not be a happy ending for Cross as Bayley will indefinitely stop her once more.

The reason for this is that Bayley is right on the main road with Sasha Banks in WWE’s biggest current storyline. To make her lose the Championship would take the entire electricity out of the Banks feud, which is centered around that title.

Nikki will have to wait patiently, and Bayley will hold on to her gold for now.

5.Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (c) vs The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan)- WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

Ruby Riott is a master of strategy and execution, and her lethal combination with Liv Morgan could have what it takes to put down the giants.

However, I feel that Nia and Shayna will retain their titles and hold back the Riott Squad. The brute force of the two is far too much for any other tag team. I don’t suspect the Riots Squad will be any different.

6. Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura (C) vs Lucha House Party (Kalisto, Gran Metalik, and Lince Dorado)- SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match

The toxic relations between the three luchadors are a perfect pillar for my argument. Cesaro and Nakamura will retain their title at Clash of Champions.

There is bound to be some disagreement between the three members of the Lucha House Party which will culminate in a civil war. Cesaro and Nakamura will surely capitalize and put an end to the confusing rivalry.

7. Jeff Hardy (C) vs AJ Styles vs Sami Zayn- WWE Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match

Sami Zayn won the prelude at Friday Night SmackDown in a crazy match. He may, however, be fresh out of “Fraudulent”.

At Clash of Champions, I expect Jeff Hardy to become the Undisputed Intercontinental Champion. Ladder matches are and always have been Hardy’s playground.

We will get some insane ladder moments undoubtedly, and I can see “The Charismatic Enigma” shun out his challengers in an emphatic style.

8. The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) (C) vs Andrade & Angel Garza – Raw Tag Team Championship Match

Andrade and Garza have been through it all. They went from being a tag team with poor coordination to strategic team players to hating each other to patching things up.

Now, they are back stronger than ever and are all set to dethrone the charismatic Street Profits. I believe that Andrade and Garza will finally do it and secure the Championship unless there’s a major heel turn in the cards.

9. Bobby Lashley (C) vs Apollo Crews- WWE United States Championship Match

Given the fact that The Hurt Business is the top tier faction of Raw right now, I doubt Lashley will lose his title to Crews.

Being much more dominant now, Lashley will successfully defend his title and the Hurt Business will continue their domination on Raw, at least when Retribution isn’t around.

Clash of Champions will be an excellent pay pey view. The matches are set to impress thousands of viewers, and the ThunderDome is going to light up once more as the crowd stands up for the champions.
