SHOCKING: Triple H Sells $2 Million of WWE Stock in Two Days

WWE is a billion-dollar company, and it’s executives hold millions of dollars worth of shares. Often they sell it to gain some hard cash in return. The latest name on the list is Triple H. He recently sold over almost $2 million worth stock.

Paul “Triple H” Leveque is not only a Hall of Famer, but he is also the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy and Development. He is the one who is in charge of new wrestlers and storylines. In a recent report by Fightful, we learn that the Cerebral Assasin sold almost 40% of his WWE stocks.

Triple H Sold Some Major Stocks

According to a new SEC filing, Triple H sold the stocks in two days. On August 26, he cashed in 45,388 of Class A common stock at $45.61 per share. The first day’s transaction amounted to $2,070,146.

On August 27, Triple H sold another 7,419 shares at $45.83 per share, approximately $340,012. The second day’s transaction was less than the first day.

The total value of the sold stock makes the 14-time world champion $2,410,158 richer.

The reported price is the average price received for shares. The actual costs were somewhere between $45.80 to $45.98 for the first one. The second one was somewhere between $45.50 to $46.01.

After this, Triple H still has 81,325 stocks in his name.

Triple H, Vince & Stephanie McMahon and other WWE executives sold shares in July. He sold 10,628 shares at $46.26, which was roughly $491,651 back then.

Recently, the Game spoke to Bill Simmons and discussed his retirement in a podcast. He said, he has unofficially retired from in-ring competition. However, he is looking for the right moment to announce it.

“The thing for me that’s good is I’m so transitioned over and satisfied with the other aspects of my career and my life and everything else, I get as much fun and excitement out of watching others do it and succeed at it.”

Needless to say, Triple H will stay in the company for a long time. He may not win another championship but he will help new talents achieve their dreams.
