After the formation of All Elite Wrestling, former WWE superstars like Jake “The Snake” Roberts served as managers of some AEW stars. But this time, John Cena’s dad, John Cena Sr., has become the manager of Jora Johl.

So far, Jora Johl has performed in several AEW dark matches. However, with the guidance of Cena’s dad, who knows, he might become AEW’s top star in the future.

Jora Johl took to Twitter and posted a photo of himself, along with John Cena’s dad. In the caption, he wrote, “John Cena Sr. is the coolest manager ever.” Johl also claimed John Cena Sr. has already managed him for a show.

Coming to John Cena Sr., he is not a stranger to this pro wrestling industry. Known as Johnny Fabulous, he served as the announcer for Chaotic Wrestling and the commissioner of East Coast Championship Wrestling.

And if you have been a John Cena fan, you might know that John Cena Sr. also appeared in WWE in the 2000s. He had been part of some of John Cena’s feuds and even competed inside the squared circle once against Cena’s former WWE rival, Randy Orton, in 2007.

Also, back in 2006, Edge slapped John Cena Sr. in a storyline that saw ‘The Ultimate Opportunist’ invade the Cena household during Edge’s famous feud against John Cena.

Cena Sr is up-to-date with what is happening in the pro wrestling world nowadays, whether it is in AEW or WWE. And it might not be long before we see Cena’s father appear on AEW television.

Where is John Cena now?

The former WWE Champion is not only a top star in professional wrestling, but also a successful Hollywood actor now. Cena, who is continuing to impress the audience with his acting skills, has several films coming up.

Thus, it is unlikely that Cena will appear in WWE soon regularly. But once he is done with his movies, the WWE Universe can expect John to return to the squared circle.

His last match came against The Bloodline in a tag team contest alongside the father-son duo of Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Many of you might not know this since it was a dark match on WWE SmackDown.
