The two would get into an argument regarding who should face Asuka first. Soon, Naomi would interfere and help them settle their problem.

Bayley and Sasha Banks both faced Naomi in a beat the clock challenge. The winner of the challenge was given the chance to face Asuka second at SummerSlam.

This match was a must-win as whoever faces Asuka second would have a big advantage. Sasha Banks faced Naomi first. Banks defeated Naomi and gave Bayley a time of 3:39 to win the challenge.

Bayley attacked Naomi even before the bell could ring. However, Naomi successfully calmed the early Bayley storm.

Bayley would try to end the match as soon as possible but got hit with a rare view by Naomi, who then pinned the champion and won the contest.

Sasha looked very happy after Bayley’s loss. This result means Bayley will face a fresh and revenge-minded Asuka first. The night would end in a bad way for the Golden Role Models as Asuka ran out to the ring and laid out the double champions.

SummerSlam implications for Sasha Banks and Bayley

SummerSlam can change it totally for the Golden Role Models. They both could be double champions at the end of the night or both could even lose their titles in the end.
