WWE Draft 2020 has come to its end. While some Superstars changed their brands, others stayed steady. However, there were also some who were not drafted at all.

Even though their names were in the pool, unfortunately, none of the brands picked them up. This list initially included the likes of Andrade, Erik, Billie Kay, Mickie James, Tamina, and Zelina Vega. Considering neither of the brands picked them, they were set to become free agents.

Fortunately for some Superstars, WWE took a last-minute decision of pulling some of them to Raw and SmackDown. As per updates, WWE SmackDown has picked Zelina Vega, Billie Kay, and Tamina. On the other hand, Erik is moving to WWE Raw.

This leaves Andrade and Mickie James hanging by the thread. If none of the brands pick them up, it is probable that they will become free agents.

WWE will need newer storylines following the Draft

The WWE Draft 2020 was not an easy one to pull off. The company executed various tricks and twists for the updated roster. In this process, WWE separated Tag Team partners and stables. Two of the teams that have been the talk of the town since their separation are The Heavy Machinery and The New Day.

Interestingly, The Street Profits and The New Day have now switched their titles. The former holds the SmackDown Tag Team Titles while the latter holds the Raw Tag Team Titles.

The primary conclusion for this is that WWE NXT does not want to lose or add any Superstars to their rosters at the moment. In fact, Triple H himself had said that he believes most of the Superstars in the Black and Gold brand have a considerable path to walk before changing brands.

To be honest, WWE NXT has a full roster while it has shelved some Superstars for injuries. Therefore, it is likely that NXT was not a part of the Draft owing to its current wholesome roster.
