There is nothing more important than the family and WWE certainly knows it. The current storyline of Rey Mysterio and his rebellious son is a leading one of Monday Night RAW. It shocked the audience when Dominik Mysterio took a shot at his father and his tag team partner Edge on the Clash At The Castle.

Dominik Mysterio has now joined forces with his father’s rivals, Judgment Day. Dominik had been upset with his father since he joined forces with Edge to face Judgment Day. On a segment of RAW, Edge accidentally delivered a spear on Dominik and he held a grudge towards Edge since then.

Rey Mysterio is clearly upset with his son’s decision to join Judgment Day. But still, The Master of 619 loves his son, as he told in a recent Monday Night RAW interview. “You know, there’s nothing like the feeling of holding your newborn wanting to give him the world. And watching him grow up envisioning the type of person he’ll become. Always wanting the best for them, no matter the path they take down the line.” said Rey Mysterio.

In the last week’s match of RAW, Dominik Mysterio got down on his knees, appealing to Rey Mysterio to hit him. The Giant Killer obviously avoided the situation, but he blames someone else for severing their relationship.

Rey Mysterio condemns Rhea Ripley

Rey Mysterio blamed Rhea Ripley for turning his son against him. Rey said, “I will always love my son and won’t fight him under any circumstances. But last week when I had that chair in my hands and looked at Dominic, I wondered what happened to the kid I raised. I couldn’t recognize the man he become. I know deep down inside that’s not my son. It can’t be. That’s Rhea manipulating his heart and mind.”
