Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is known as ‘The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment’. His 50-set workout is no less electrifying than him.

Lucy Davis, a YouTube fitness influencer, tried to execute The Rock’s 50-set workout back in May.

Davis claimed that the workout is insane and very tiring. She also said that she now understands why The Rock eats so much. She said, “I’m so freaking tired. This is why he eats so much as well, obviously he is a big human being”.

Davis seemed visibly exhausted towards the end of the workout, and rightfully so. ‘The Rock’ has been an athlete from a young age and has constantly been training since then. Therefore, for someone to even attempt his workout is applause-worthy.

Most workouts are up to 24 sets long, but here we are talking about the workout of ‘The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment’. The Rock’s workout requires 50 sets. Yes, you read it right. 50 sets.

And to do that on a regular basis is not a simple thing. No wonder the WWE legend is so strong.
