Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is known as ‘The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment’. His 50-set workout is no less electrifying than him.
Lucy Davis, a YouTube fitness influencer, tried to execute The Rock’s 50-set workout back in May.
Davis claimed that the workout is insane and very tiring. She also said that she now understands why The Rock eats so much. She said, “I’m so freaking tired. This is why he eats so much as well, obviously he is a big human being”.
