Wild wedding segments are surprisingly not uncommon in WWE. On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, not one, but two weddings took place in front of the WWE fandom in Buffalo, New York. 24/7 champion R-Truth officiated the nuptials of Dana Brooke and Reggie, as well as Tamina Snuka and Akira Tozawa.

The wedding took place in the KeyBank Center arena, with several mid-carders from SmackDown and Raw in attendance. Sasha Banks and Naomi, who defended their Tag Team title on the same night, were the bridesmaids for Tamina. The proceedings drew reactions from many, including a future WWE superstar.

The Rock’s daughter reacted to the events on Raw. Simone Johnson tweeted, “love is love! #WWERaw”

Clearly, her reaction was before the hectic turn of events in the Double Commitment Ceremony, as the wedding atmosphere quickly changed into a 24/7 Championship melee in which Dana Brooke regained the title.

The wedding started off well with the comely arrangement, and R-Truth welcomed everyone to the ceremony. A few Raw and SmackDown stars such as Nikki ASH, Garza, and Angel were guests among the audience. Brooke and Tamina entered in all white and walked down an aisle.

Sasha Banks and Naomi, who retained their Women’s Tag Team Title just a while ago against Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan in a WrestleMania rematch of sorts, were the bridesmaids to Tamina. They adorned the event with a team B.A.D. reunion.

Both couples put on their wedding rings as the crowd cheered and also shouted ”what” when Dana Brooke and Reggie took time to exchange their wedding vows.

When the formalities ended, the tussle for the 24/7 title kicked off. Things went out of hand as the championship was tossed around between both couples.

In the end, Dana Brooke secured the 24/7 title and R-Truth escorted her to safety.

Looking back at all the crazy wedding ceremonies in WWE, the chaos in this one may not have come as a shock. Every time a wedding and a wrestling ring come together, such a bizarre turn of events is surely a part of the plan.
