In the history of WWE, there have been many bulky wrestlers. Starting from Andre the Giant to now Omos, wrestling fans have seen it all. However, what they might not know is all that it takes to maintain such a freakish physique. And to shed some light on it, the 385lbs WWE heavyweight has recently spoken about his clean bulk diet. 

It isn’t an easy job to attain a physique like that of great wrestlers. They go through a rigorous diet that might appear simple on the outside but is impossible to perform daily. Their job demands a lot out of them and the most important commitment is the sheer dedication to their body. And in order to be in the game for longer, Braun Strowman is also forced to consume 35 to 40 pounds of food and water daily. But do you know, what’s the breakup of his unattainable diet?

After what happened with Strowman on an arm-wrestling table against 2021 Olympia, Devon Larratt, it was essential for the former to talk about himself. During one of his interviews, the SmackDown star detailed his current diet, which seems to have massively transformed from what he used to follow earlier.

To be precise, he followed a clean bulk diet that in near-impossible to do per the 39-year-old. However, he fulfilled his target on the days leading upto WrestleMania. And to follow the diet, he had to consume a grotesque amounts of clean calories.

The Black Sheep said, “So on a day-to-day basis, right now, I’m consuming between seven and eight pounds of meat, either beef, chicken or fish. Between four and a half, and five pounds of rice in between three and four pounds of vegetables, and I drink between two and a half and three gallons of water.

Totaling to my consumption of the day of water and food bouncing between 35 and 40 pounds a day,” he added.

A balance of staying lean and growing at the same time is definitely a tough nut to crack. Not many have been able to achieve it in their career. However, Strowman is one of the biggest stars in WWE currently. And to maintain his position as it is, the former Universal Champion has to maintain his diet strictly.
