The world of WWE has seen a host of wrestlers come and go. A select few have their time at the top of the pyramid, while the others are long forgotten. Even the most reminiscent WWE fans will not remember all the artists they’ve seen over the course of their lives. But as is with all aspects of life, there are exceptions in this too.

• Kane (1497 wins)

Glenn Thomas Jacobs, better known as Kane, made his WWE debut in 1992. After wrestling under various aliases between 1992-97, that’s when Jacobs made his first appearance as Kane. He was repackaged as the younger half-brother of superstar, The Undertaker. Kane shared a mixed relationship with Undertaker. They would alternatively feud or team as ‘The Brothers of Destruction’.

He is currently the Mayor of Knox County and. Earlier this year, Jacobs announced he’d be seeking reelection for a second term.

• The Undertaker (1697 wins)

At his very peak, The Undertaker was the face of the WWE on a worldwide scale. Mark William Callaway was born in Texas in 1965. He first appeared in the wrestling world under the WCW label. However, after a one-on-one meeting with a young Vince McMahon, Callaway signed for WWE in October 1990.

The Undertaker was voted the greatest WWE wrestler ever in a 2013 Digital Spy poll. On June 21, 2020, during the final episode of  Undertaker: The Last Ride documentary, Callaway officially confirmed his retirement. He finished his career with 1697 wins to his name.

• John Cena (1731 wins)

John Cena was an American role model during the 2000s. The starry-eyed wrestler enjoyed one of the best character arcs that the WWE has seen. His fan following continues to grow since he dialled down his wrestling career to work in Hollywood. But even before that, Cena was easily the most successful WWE wrestler of all time.
